A homeowner in Hampstead, New Hampshire, had just purchased their home and they had an inspector look at their home. The inspector noted a concerning crack in their foundation. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection. EFS didn't find the crack to be of any concern and sealed the crack and placed a crack monitor on it. But our Design Specialist did notice a sagging beam in their garage. We recommended installing 2 SmartJacks to add support to the beam.

They called EFS for an inspection of their home and we recommended installing a TripleSafe, SmartJacks, SmartPipe, and CleanSpace into the crawlspace to keep water and moisture out and stabilize a sagging support beam.
In May 2023, these homeowners purchased their home. They had lived in the home for only a few months before seeing a small crack in their foundation and wanted it looked at. While looking at foundation companies they found Erickson Foundation Solution and noticed Radon Mitigation on our website. They decided to call EFS for a foundation and radon inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended a radon system to be installed but also installed NexusPro over the cracks and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the moisture within the basement.
The radon system was able to reduce the radon to safe levels.
