During the installation of their new waterproofing system, our team notified the homeowner that the block foundation wall in the basement was leaning inward. Our team recommended installing 4 PowerBraces against the foundation wall to stabilize and gradually straighten the foundation walls.

This condo complex had structural issues due to bowing walls and sagging beams in the basement. In the first photo, you can see how the wall bows out at the bottom of the wall and the sagging beams at the top. With these added features, the wall is now permanently stabilized and won't ever move again.
