A homeowner in Atkinson, New Hampshire, had seen cracks and slow settlement in their garage. EFS installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to the slab to lift, level, and seal the garage slab. 

A resident of Atkinson, New Hampshire faced the problem of water seeping into their basement. Despite having a sump pump installed, the water kept accumulating on the basement floor. Seeking a solution, the homeowner contacted EFS for a free inspection of their basement. After examining the basement, our Design Specialist, John Prince suggested installing a perimeter drainage system to prevent water accumulation. Our team then proceeded to install a TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace system to gather moisture and channel it out of the basement.

This homeowner in Wilmington, Massachusetts was experiencing some cracking and leaning of their foundation walls. Design Specialist Kyle Jamerson came out to the home and inspected all of the areas in question. Kyle suggested that they seal the cracks with Crack Seal and install PowerBraces to secured and strengthen the wall.  Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and sealed the cracks and installed the PowerBraces to strengthen the foundation of the home. 

This homeowner in Wilmington, Massachusetts was experiencing higher than normal radon levels in their duplex. The homeowner owns the whole building and rents out the other side to his daughter who has young children. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa arrived at the home and inspected both basements and then read a test that was done by a third-party company. The results from the test came back as 4.0 pCi/L which is cause for some concern. 

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team arrived at the home and installed a Radon Mitigation System into each basement.

A pool deck was sinking in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The homeowner wanted to have the pool deck lifted. Our production crew installed PolyLevel and NexusPro around the pool to lift and repair the pool deck.
