Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez inspected the home and the basement. Isaac found some areas where water was coming into the basement. Isaac recommended installing Water Guard to collect the water that comes into the basement. A Super Sump also was recommended to take the water from the Water Guard and push it outside of the home. 

Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team arrived at the home and installed 53' of WaterGuard, a Super Sump, Freeze Guard, and a Sani Dry into the basement.

Our Design Specialist looked at the foundation wall and recommended installing an Auxiliary wall over the cracked portion of the stone foundation wall. 

The owner of a building in Haverhill, Massachusetts, built the building to help those who have brain injuries that are confined to wheelchairs. Over the past couple of months, the owner has seen settlement around their building making it difficult to get wheelchairs in and out of the building.
