In the before photo, notice the Revere, MA crawl space with inadequate insulation and persistent moisture issues. This led to discomfort and energy inefficiency for the homeowners. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed these concerns with a tailored approach. We installed SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation to ensure optimal thermal efficiency and prevent moisture intrusion. Coupled with CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace encapsulation system, we redirected water away and added durable insulation. The after photo illustrates our permanent solution in action: a dry, energy-efficient, properly insulated crawl space.
A homeowner in Quincy, Massachusetts had front stairs that were cracked and sinking. Aside from the unappealing look, the biggest concern was tripping hazards. Looking for a permanent solution, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Gerald Martin, recommended installing new front steps to the home. Our installation crew started work by demoing the old steps, completely starting from scratch. Along with the new steps installed, railings were added as well.
The front yard now features aesthetically pleasing front steps that are stabilized and safe to walk on.

In West Bridgewater, MA, the homeowner faced a significant challenge with uneven concrete around their pool deck, which created concerning trip hazards—especially risky during family gatherings involving grandchildren. As shown in the before photo, the slabs had shifted over time, compromising safety and usability. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions resolved this issue by implementing the PolyLevel® system and NexusPro® Sealant. PolyLevel® stabilized and lifted the sunken concrete, while NexusPro® sealed joints and cracks effectively, offering a durable and secure space, as you can see in the after photo.
This homeowner in West Newbury, Massachusetts had a fieldstone foundation that is starting to bulge in one corner. Design Specialist John Merna inspected the fieldstone foundation and proposed that Erickson Crew install an auxiliary wall to the foundation to stop the bulging and reinforce that area. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his crew installed the auxiliary wall and were able to secure the fieldstone foundation.
