A homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire had water consistently entering their basement for the past 10 years. They were tired of cleaning up the water so they decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing WaterGuard and a SuperSump to prevent water from collecting in their basement. 

Our team installed the WaterGuard to the left and back walls of the basement and then integrated the SuperSump to the end of the WaterGuard.

However, the window technician who came to assess the project noticed that the windows were no longer square and difficult to open. The technician advised the homeowner to have their foundation inspected before proceeding with window replacement. The homeowner contacted EFS for a free foundation inspection, and our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, met with them to conduct the inspection. Based on the findings, Jason recommended several products to stabilize the foundation, including installing a new section using Mason Block.
