The job for me that they are doing is complex and time consuming. I met the workers, Nick Carelli, Dave Elliot, Jake and Josh Tyler and am so pleased with their experience and professionalism. They worked tirelessly and hard to complete my job. They checked with me often to see how pleased I was with their work. The leader of the project, Nate Erickson, had to change up some of the products on the original contract, and that demonstrated to me that he has the expertise I am paying for. He was on site a lot of the time. To sum up my satisfaction I can also say that Nate went above and beyond to make sure I got a completely thorough outcome for my complex job, and they cleaned up after the work.  There is one more phase which will be done in two weeks, and I am confident that I will be pleased with Erickson now that I know their work product.

Very good with communication and keeping appointments. The job was fairly priced for a difficult job of installing helical piers in a tight spot. Once here, Andy and his crew did very difficult work without any complaints. The job got adjusted a bit from contract but was worked through between the crew, the office and us. The quality of work was outstanding. They actually put a mat under the bobcat as they rolled through our yard not to ruin the grass! They hand dug where they had to to avoid our sprinkler lines. Andy was determined to get underneath a small area to weatherproof the area! The bottom line is this crew was professional, courteous and hardworking to get a difficult job done! Thank you to Andy, Scott and Steve as well as the office of Erickson Foundation Supportworks! We’re hoping to not need your services for awhile but if we ever do again, we know who to call! Betty and Kierstyn in the office were a pleasure to deal with. Mike came in and did a great job working with us on the quote. Scott and Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to make the repairs to our pool patio. You are the only company that does what we needed! The guys who came out to do the work were great, explained the work to us patiently. All very knowledgeable and respectful, all in one! They were also good to our dog and kids.

In a desperate situation to mitigate radon quickly or possibly lose buyers, and after 2 other companies had either done a poor job or abandoned the situation. Everyone at Erickson made this happen on time! From Jen S in the office to Branden, Milton, and Cory who showed up and did 4 days of work in 2. They took the time to explain things to me and to the potential buyer and provided the confidence and skill to get this done thoroughly, safely, and effectively. Test revealed levels right where they needed to be. I could not be more pleased or relieved.

Our radon levels prior to your installing our system averaged 6.5. Our radon levels with the system have dropped to an average of 0.7.  Your installers are first class and we are very happy with Erickson. If anyone requests a reference in future please feel free to use us.

Erickson foundation services installed two push piers in our maintenance garage. From the first call to set up an appointment for an estimate to the completion of the work, they were responsive and very professional. Nick and his crew were at the site on time and Nick explained the procedure to me in full detail. When I returned to the site, everything had been cleaned up and a further explanation of the installation of the push piers was given to me by Nick. I would highly recommend this company, if you are in need of any of their services, which is a wide variety within this industry.

I wanted the PolyLevel product and this company had good reviews on the web. The crew did a great job on an old slab with uncertain conditions. They took great care to both lift the slab and not damage the surrounding stone foundation. Great attention to detail.

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the last 2 years trying to get my fixer upper in shape. Erickson Foundation is, by far, the most professional, effective, and pleasant to deal with. Specifically, Anthony Rivas and his team were simply awesome. They explained all of what they were going to do and throughout every step (which I greatly appreciate as a Professor of Education). I have had moisture issues in other properties so I am no stranger to "water in basement" issues. Despite all of my experiences with other basement professionals, I am thoroughly impressed with Anthony and his team. I highly recommend Anthony and Erickson Foundation for anyone who has needs related to their basement, whether foundation repair or water control!
