As a business woman it is very important for me to have consistency and reliability between employees and management. My experience with Erickson has been tremendous, from management to the crew out here everything has been perfect. Even with finding multiple different issues with my house they were able to get it all figured out for us! The communication and dependability I've received from this company has been a great experience and much better than prior contractors in past! Nick and Crew not only worked very hard but kept us in the loop letting us know everything that came up and how the job may progress. You folks are the best! Thank you for improving the quality of my family's life by reducing our exposure to radon. I had three other quotes before choosing Erickson Foundation Supportworks, and John's proposal was the most thoughtful and thorough. Scott and Eric were awesome, kept me informed of their progress and kept everything clean.

Justin did a superb job in every way, removing my very old dehumidifier and replacing it with a new one. He arrived promptly, after calling about half an hour before hand. He tested the old unit thoroughly and we discussed why it needed to be replaced. Justin also offered to take a look at my old sump pump, then provided lots of information about how it was functioning and when it might need further attention. He answered every one of my questions thoroughly and patiently. He inspired real confidence with his intelligence, knowledge, and articulate explanations. Throughout the visit, Justin was affable as well as professional. A+ in every way.

From sales to office staff to installation crew, everyone was professional, polite and proficient. The crew were friendly, explained where everything will go, and worked quickly and efficiently. Awesome! Other than the new pipes, no sign the crew was ever here.    I asked Woburn group on Facebook who they recommended, and your company and Boston Radon were recommended. I'm still waiting for Boston Radon to even return my call.

Josh and his crew were excellent in all aspects of the install from start to finish. A++ for Josh as he came up with a great plan when the job had to change a little. The work area was then left the way it started...clean. Paul was also very professional in his presentation and quoting the job. Keep up the good work and quality of your technicians and staff.

My experience with John Prince was excellent. He took the time to evaluate the home and let me know what might be causing the things I was concerned about. He also gave me several options for preventative measures against severe settling. John took the time to explain everything to me and explain what your company could do for prevention and our mitigation if I required it in the future. I truly appreciate the time he spent talking me through everything and explaining things to me. He is truly an asset to your firm.

My 120 year old home needed structural repair. I wanted permanent solutions for a bowing foundation wall, sagging / failed joists and band-aid "fixes' made over the years. After talking with 6-7 different contractors, I found Erickson. After a single visit from Brian, I had a high-level solution design and confidence in their ability to execute. The crew (Matt, Justin, Justin, Nick, Nate) was top notch. Over the course of 2 weeks, they installed 15 Smart Jacks w/ supplemental steel beams, lifted floors in a few areas and poured a concrete auxiliary wall. On time, on budget and great quality. The transparency and communication from the crew was very much appreciated. I learned quite a bit from the guys who were happy to talk me through their plans and any needed adjustments. Structural work can be stressful, and I'm hoping I don't need to deal with it again. However, if I do, I'm calling Erickson!

They are very professional and communicative, and the crew explained everything clearly. Very knowledgeable. One of the best service experiences we have had in the Boston area.

It is so refreshing to work with a company that does very good work and then backs up their work if a problem arises. The work done back in July to remedy the water problem has completely transformed my basement from a wet and damp useless area to a nice dry area that is both useful and a place that we want to spend time. I have lived in this house for 30 years and I never had a basement that could be used for storage or just to go work on a project in the colder months and now I have it! Additionally, knowing that my house is properly supported is also comforting and will add to the value in the long run. Each person I have interacted with through this entire process has been professional and customer focused. It is nice to see your 60 second weather ad on the morning news and think to myself "I am glad I called these folks". Your entire team is AWESOME!  

After filling out a quote request form on their website, I was promptly contacted to set up a meeting and they also sent me a great education pamphlet in the mail. Jason came over to our house to get a better look at our crawl space and he was INCREDIBLY professional. He walked me through every step, the different options, and took his time to make sure I didn’t feel rushed. They seem like experts in the field.

Erickson recently completed a major basement project for us and the work was superb. Unconditionally recommended! The company worked closely with us to design a solution that went far beyond our expectations and maximized our dollars. Our 135 year old home now has a beautiful basement space with new structural SmarttJack columns, a proper concrete slab floor, expanded headroom through a partial lowering, sealed walls and a comprehensive radon remediation system. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Chris (representative), Nate (project manager), Scott and Chris (crew foremen) and all the hard-working crew that took such pride in their work impressed us from start to finish. Well done!
