TripleSafe and Perimeter Drainage Installed

This homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for over 30 years and hasn't had water in their basement until recently. Over the past 3 years, they have seen water enter their basement after rain storms. They have had to use a shop vac to clean up water that has collected on the floor and don't want to have to do that anymore. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Anthony Brancato met with the homeowner and recommended a solution to prevent water from collecting in the basement. Anthony recommended installing WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, IceGuard, and Exterior Discharge Line to ensure the basement will stay dry.
