He recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to waterproof the basement. The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system collects water along the border of the foundation footing without coming into contact with the basement walls or floor. This system then delivers the water to a basin that is made in the foundation. The TripleSafe sump pump system rests in that basin and connects to the WaterGuard system to pump the water out of the home. Once installed, these systems are cemented in place. An exterior drainage line is connected to the TripleSafe to allow the water to be pumped safely out of the home. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is then installed to the TripleSafe to reduce moisture and provide healthy air to create a comfortable living space.
