Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home. Our installation team installed over 150 feet of drainage around the basement, a sump pump, a SmartJack, and exterior drainage to protect the home from water and sagging floors.

Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed this by installing a new bulkhead door and pouring a fresh concrete slab to encase the bulkhead. The area was thoroughly sealed with clearcoat and NexusPro, guaranteeing a perpetually dry basement entrance. Consequently, the entrance is now not only a dry refuge but also visually improved.
