I just had the most amazing technician leave my house. I called with an emergency because my pump had died. I was so worried I was going to flood. I was told someone would be out later tonight after 5:00pm. The technician called and said he could be there in just 2 hours. I watched him as he changed the pump out and he worked so quickly yet efficiently. As he changed out the pump he explained the system to me and how it functions. Every time he went to the van and back he would wipe this feet before entering my home and always closed the door behind him. Very professional and clearly a great asset to the company. Would have him back out here in a heartbeat.

I had a great dehumidifier installed with tubing to outside so that I do not have to empty it. The install was taken care of very quickly and I was very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience with your company on a number of occasions. First of all it all starts with the ladies who answer the phones, they are always so friendly and upbeat and handle questions fully and expeditiously. Next, I dealt with one of your sales reps, Tom Armano, on pricing the installation of two basement egress windows and he was outstanding to deal with and went above and beyond in offering to help with any questions I had on his own time. Finally, my experience with Justin inspecting and ultimately replacing a number of sump pumps and a battery system was outstanding. The manner in which he conducted himself and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly educate me and put me at ease was greatly appreciated. Both Tom and Justin were friendly and upbeat as the office staff. Kudos to Roger the service manager who also took the time to speak to me, same experience as I had with everyone else. 

Erickson installed a perimeter trench in our basement, as well a vertical drain under our basement window well. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The also redid our window well with new rocks and back and cover. It looks beautiful and is a huge improvement from what we previously had. I highly recommend this company to others, they are professional and very skilled in their work.

Had the Sanidry system installed in my basement/garage. The crew (Melvin H., Anthony V, and Angel P) were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job within the allocated time. I appreciated that they were able to undercut a doorjamb vs cutting the doorjamb and removing a wall. This helped maintain the integrity of my basement and garage. The guys took the time to walk me through the project and installed system after completion.

I had Erickson Foundation Systems install a basement waterproofing system this week. The crew which included (Foreman- Anthony Rivas), Melvin Hidalgo and George and Justin Gouthier did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered every question or concern I had. I would highly recommend Erickson to anyone looking for a solution to their problem with water issues in their basement.

Jason was very personable and had a lot of knowledge on it. I have a small basement and he is a tall guy so he actually had to sit on the ground to do the inspection. Not everyone would do that. I thought he was just great.

So I want to thank the salesman Branden, as well as the workers Rivas (Anthony), George and Justin for a wonderful job they did in my basement. I give 5 stars, but if I could give 10 I would. And also their kind and helpful customer service people as well, thank you so much.

Justin came to check our system. He was super friendly and explained everything very well. He went through the pump, told us how it worked, he cleaned out the grates and showed us how to get the grates up. I hope he’ll be back next year when we call for the yearly check.
