We had a contract with Erickson to do some work in our basement which we had to cancel when we sold our house. (The new owners wanted to wait to do the work.) Erickson returned our deposit without hesitation. From start to finish, everyone we have dealt with at Erickson has been very professional. If we ever need this sort of work done again, we would most definitely use Erickson. 

The crew did a fantastic job with install and cleanup! Spencer and his coworkers were polite and personable and answered all my questions!

Starting with a thorough, detailed, professional assessment by Isaac and ending with the sense of "mission accomplished" you see here in the faces of the men who worked on the project, our experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions was five-star, beginning to end. We had on our hands a repeatedly flooded basement, but Milton, George, Anthony, Collin and Corey rolled up their sleeves and did the hard, dusty, heavy work to ameliorate the situation. When torrential rain arrived less than two days after the completion, and the basement stayed dry, we knew we'd found the right professionals for the job.

From the original scoping and estimate process, to the install work and addition work requested afterwards, the entire team were responsive, friendly and professional. Brian, Melvin and the rest of the crew made the project day hassle free for me. When I needed additional work done, Roger assisted with getting it scheduled quickly and Justin was super friendly and helpful, worked efficiently and got everything taken care of. Would recommend to others needing sump pump installation or foundation work.

Erickson Foundation Solutions completed a full waterproofing of our basement to include install of an interior drain, two sump pumps and radon protection. The team including Anthony, Kyle and Justin were extremely professional, always on time and completed the job within the timeframe quotes with no issues or concerns. The work completed was top notch and we look forward to not getting any water in our basement again. Highly recommend.
