A homeowner in Chichester, New Hampshire, had been searching for a company to repair their cracked garage floor without ripping it out. They had some companies come out to their property for inspections. The homeowners hired EFS after their extensive inspection process, knowledge, and reputation. EFS used PolyLevel, Crackseal, and concrete to repair the sinking and cracked concrete in the garage.
The owner of this home in Wakefield, RI was concerned with the uneven and sunken concrete in their backyard. The patio and pool area are a popular hang out spot for this family in the summer months, and the uneven concrete was both an eye sore and a trip hazard. Removing the concrete to replace it with something new was not an option, so the homeowner choose Erickson Foundation Solutions and our PolyLevel solution as an alternative.
PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the various sections of the slab and both raised and stabilized the concrete. The repairs took less than a day, and the homeowner has peace of mind that their backyard will be ready, and safe, for the summertime foot traffic.
This homeowner in Hudson, New Hampshire, had water collecting in their garage after heavy rains. The water would pool and would take a couple of days to soak through the concrete or evaporate. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel under the garage slab to level it and pitch the concrete toward the driveway.
This homeowner in Sudbury, Massachusetts was experiencing cracking and sinking in their garage. EFS came to the home with our PolyLevel Truck and injected PolyLevel under the garage slab to lift and level the garage. A homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire had noticed trip hazards around the pool since moving into the home 4 years ago. Concerned with the concrete sinking further, he wanted to level and stabilize the concrete. Valuing professional installation, a clean workspace, and warranty backed products, the homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Bryan Barnard, recommended PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills voids between the sunken concrete and soil underneath it. After injecting the foam, the concrete is almost immediately restored to its original position. This process is much quicker and cost effective than replacing concrete or mudjacking.
Trip hazards are now neutralized, and an even concrete surface has been made. The pool space is now safe and has a more attractive look.
