A homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire had noticed trip hazards around the pool since moving into the home 4 years ago. Concerned with the concrete sinking further, he wanted to level and stabilize the concrete. Valuing professional installation, a clean workspace, and warranty backed products, the homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Bryan Barnard, recommended PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills voids between the sunken concrete and soil underneath it. After injecting the foam, the concrete is almost immediately restored to its original position. This process is much quicker and cost effective than replacing concrete or mudjacking.
Trip hazards are now neutralized, and an even concrete surface has been made. The pool space is now safe and has a more attractive look.
In Medway, MA, a concerned homeowner reached out to us at Erickson Foundation Solutions due to a settling pool deck causing dangerous trip hazards, notably problematic with a young son around. The culprit was soil washout, leading to unsettling cracks. As you can see in the before photo, the deck was compromised. To address this issue, we injected our PolyLevel system, safely lifting and stabilizing the slabs. The use of NexusPro Joint Sealant further secured the integrity by preventing washout using its lasting moisture-resistant capability. Notice the restored and smooth surface in the after photo, providing peace of mind and renewed stability.

The walkway at this home in Narraganset, RI had sunken several inches, and a large trip hazard had formed where it met a set of stairs. The homeowner decided it was time to get this fixed before somebody tripped and got hurt. Our team was able to lift this section of concrete several inches up using slab jacks and PolyLevel. After the lifting process, the walkway was much safer, and the homeowner had peace of mind.
This homeowner in Auburn, New Hampshire, had seen shifting in their garage slab. The homeowners had Geolocks installed by EFS two years ago in 2021. The Geolocks were installed but the team recommended PolyLevel as well but the homeowners opted away from the PolyLevel. Now years later they are wishing they installed the PolyLevel when they had the Geolocks installed.
