Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, had the concrete slabs on their front walkway start to sink. One slab had sunk so much that the homeowners had placed concrete pavers over the slab to reduce the tripping hazard. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel on the front patio. 

In Derry, New Hampshire a garage foundation was recently repaired with Geolocks, but the garage still needed the slab repaired. Our production crew installed PolyLevel and NexusPro on the garage slab.  

When the entrance to a home is a concrete slab, it's crucial that the surface is even and level. This homeowner in Derry, NH was concerned with how his front porch area was settling and becoming uneven. It had become a dangerous trip hazard. The concrete itself was not in terrible condition, other than being uneven, and so he was looking for options to lift and level the slab without having to remove and replace.

It was the ideal solution that did not require and demolition and successfully lifted the sunken concrete back to a level position by filling the void beneath the concrete for the homeowner. An owner of a gas station in North Billerica, Massachusetts, had a diesel cap that sunk. Our production team installed PolyLevel under the concrete around the diesel cap to lift it up to flush with the other concrete around it.
