A homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire, had a stamped concrete patio around their pool that is sinking. Our production team installed PolyLevel into the sunken areas and leveled the concrete.
The owner of this home in Londonderry, NH was concerned with an uneven section of concrete around their pool slide. Lots of kids and friends walked in this area around the pool, and he wanted it to be stable and safe. Our team completed repairs with PolyLevel and NexusPro joint sealant in less than a day. With the cracks all sealed and the concrete leveled, the pool deck is now safe and ready for use for the summer. PolyLevel was the ideal solution and better alternative to replacing the concrete completely.
Notice the transformation in the before-and-after photos of our recent project in Londonderry, NH. The homeowner was concerned about the aesthetics of their pool deck, fearing further decline. Visible imperfections such as flaking, pitting, and fading marred the initial appearance, compromising both beauty and durability. We applied DecoShield®, providing a moisture-proof barrier that minimizes staining, cracking, and mismatched concrete, restoring not only structure but also aesthetic uniformity. The result is an elegantly uniform surface, enhancing the deck's appearance while safeguarding it against future weather and use-related wear.
This homeowner in Gilford, NH was experiencing some cracks in their garage that they wanted to be sealed. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home to look at the garage floor. He concluded that the garage floor would benefit from some Polylevel and then some Crack Seal. Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home to install the Polylevel and the Crack Seal.
This homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire was concerned with a number of cracks throughout his garage slab. Upon inspection, our specialist determined there was not much settlement in the slab and it was still correctly pitching towards the overhead doors. However, the signs of cracks indicated there were voids under the concrete, which down the road could lead to settlement and further damage to the structure. The homeowner decided to be proactive and protect his home, and so our team injected PolyLevel beneath the cracking slab to completely fill the voids that had formed. With the concrete permanently stabilized, there is no longer a risk of further settlement for more cracks forming on the surface. The cracks were also sealed with NexusPro silicone, which will prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete and causing any further erosion.
