The association for this condominium community in Warwick, RI reached out to our team to help fix several areas of sinking and uneven concrete. This before and after series highlights one of the walkways and concrete entrance steps our specialists lifted and stabilized with PolyLevel. The steps were out of level about half an inch, and becoming unsafe for the owners and their family. After repairs, the steps were level and at a safe height. The walkway landing beneath the stairs was also lifted and stabilized, ensuring their entrance way would remain safe for years to come, all without having to tear out or replace any existing concrete.

In Millis, MA, a significant settlement issue affected a homeowner’s pool deck area, reducing safety and functionality. As seen, the before photo shows how drastically the concrete had settled by 6 inches near the diving board end. Utilizing the advanced PolyLevel® system, we expertly lifted and leveled the deck by injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slabs. Once elevated, NexusPro® Joint Sealant was applied to the concrete joints, preventing further water infiltration. The after photo displays the remarkable restoration and improvement in the deck's structural integrity and appearance.
