Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

All the joints were also sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from flowing under and beneath the slabs. By sealing the joints, rain water is now directed to flow to the sides and not cause erosion problems any longer.  The homeowner wanted a proper solution and a project done right to not only solve the problems but also prevent future issues with the concrete as well.

Our Design Specialist, Tom Armano, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete stabilization and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that was injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill voids. This lifts and levels the concrete. Then, NexusPro was used to seal the joints. This prevents future cracking and settling.

Now, this homeowner has an appealing walkway that is safe to walk on!
