Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

By stabilizing the crawl space beams and floor joists, the floors were effectively raised by 1 1/8 inches, as shown in the after picture. Our team was called out to a home in Stow, Massachusetts to find a solution to a burnt-out SaniDry plug. The homeowner called EFS to book a service call with one of our Service Technicians. Our Service Tech Justin came out to the home and proceeded to address the plug on the SaniDry. 

Justin found the plug of the SaniDry was plugged into a surge-protected power strip which must have shorted because it was charred when Justin showed up. Justin brought an extra power cord that works with the SaniDry and rerouted the power to a different outlet because the old plug needed to be repaired.

Over the past 20 years, they have always had dampness in their crawlspace and have finally wanted to prevent the moisture and the damp smell in their crawlspace.
