Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

When they purchased the home, the inspector noted in their inspection that the vapor barrier in the crawlspace should be replaced. The homeowner didn't have the money at that time but a couple of years later they decided to call EFS for a free inspection. We inspected the crawlspace and confirmed that the vapor barrier should be replaced, but our Design Specialist also noticed that the floor system was sagging and should be stabilized.
