Foundation Problems Before & After Photos

This home in Mont Vernon, NH had some concerns with sloping floors and sagging beams. Our team proposed and installed lally column replacements, called SmartJacks, to permanently stabilize the floor system. 

This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts had an issue with sagging floors in their house. They wanted new lally columns to help support the floor. They decided to give Erickson Foundation Supportworks a call and they set up an appointment. 

Brian Allen was the Design Specialist on this project. Brian came to their home and walked them through some options to reverse the effects of sagging floors. Brian recommended that the homeowners use SmartJacks to support their floors. Jon Provost was the Crew Lead on this project. Jon and his crew successfully installed the SmartJacks in the homeowner's basement. The SmartJacks made it so the floor was no longer sagging anymore.

This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts recently had their kids move out and are looking to downsize their home. To sell their home they are looking to fix any issue that would affect the value of the home. They wanted to fix a leak that they had in their basement. The homeowners' desired solution would be to have the cracks in the foundation stop leaking permanently. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the cracks in the basement. Michael recommended installing FlexiSpan and NexusPro Crack Repair. 

Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed 9' of FlexiSpan and 7' of Nexus Crack Repair. 

Lally Columns in a garage in Pepperell, Massachusetts needed to be replaced. EFS replaced 3 Lally Columns in the garage.
