The owner of a home in Newburyport, Massachusetts, just purchased their home and has already begun removing the back porch and addition so they could create a large back porch. To properly stabilize the porch the homeowner called EFS about us installing our Helical Piers. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 16 Helical Deck Piers to stabilize the future porch.

A homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire, is planning to sell their home in the next 5 years and wanted to address some concerns in their home before it goes on the market. One of those concerns was the crack in the foundation wall in the basement. They called EFS to come out to their home for a free inspection and our Design Specialist inspected the crack and also found that the foundation was bowing inward. Our Design Specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan over the crack and installed 5 PowerBraces to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall.

A homeowner in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire, had seen a crack start to form in their garage around 5 years ago. They have seen the crack get larger and decided they wanted to have it sealed. They called EFS and we found that the crack was caused by the concrete slab settling. We then recommended installing 3 Helical Piers under the right side of the garage, then using PolyLevel to lift and level the slab, and finally sealing the crack using NexusPro.

Our PowerBrace wall repair system was installed along the foundation wall to add support and stabilization. These galvanized steel posts can even straighten the wall.
