Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

After a homeowner in Mason, NH tested their home for radon gas and found that the radon level in their home was 8 pCi/L, they were concerned for their family's health, especially with a little child. We installed a radon mitigation system, which draws radon from underneath the foundation's soil and safely removes it above the roofline of the home. This family now has peace of mind that they are protected from radon thanks to our permanent solution.

A homeowner in Mason, New Hampshire, purchased a 300-year-old in 2021. After purchasing the home the homeowner created a list of things that would need to be repaired/ improved. Radon mitigation was on top of that list because of the health concerns it could cause. The radon levels in the home were tested to be around 6.4 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free radon inspection and our design specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system into the home to reduce the radon levels. 

Henry A. of West Townsend, Massachusetts was experiencing higher than normal radon levels in his basement. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if someone could come out and test his home for radon. 

Design Specialist Jason Love came out to the home and tested the home for radon. The test came back at 9 pCi/L which is moderately high. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his crew came to the home and installed a new Radon Mitigation System to the home.

When this homeowner in Weare, NH reached out to us, their basement's poor air quality was becoming a serious health concern, as mold growth and other toxins filled the air. A homeowner in Townsend, Massachusetts set up an appointment for Erickson Foundation Supportworks to come and administer a home radon test. The test results came back at 5.0 pCi/l which is above the recommended threshold for radon in a home. A comfortable level is 4.0pCi/l or lower.

Jason Furrey was the Design Specialist for this project and after he saw the radon test come back as 5.0pCi/l he designed a Radon Mitigation System for this homeowner. After the System was designed by Jason, Scott Crandall took the designs and led his team to install the system into the home. After the radon system is installed the crew made sure that the manometer was working and that the radon levels are below 4.0pCi/l.
