Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Ayer, Massachusetts wanted to see their options for installing a Radon System in their home. Design Specialist Michael Biedrzycki came to the home and talked through the homeowners' options for installing a radon system. The homeowners' decided that installing a radon system would be a good idea. Scott Crandall and his team installed the radon system into their home.

These homeowners in Ayer, Massachusetts have a young child and spend a significant amount of time in their finished basement. They are worried about radon affecting the health of themselves and the young child. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

A resident in Pepperell, Massachusetts, discovered a medical condition that prompted them to seek the installation of a radon mitigation system in their dwelling. They contacted EFS to conduct a radon test, which revealed an average level of around 9 pCi/L that needed to be reduced. To address this, our Design Specialist Jared Pavluvcik suggested a radon mitigation system with two extraction points, which we promptly installed. Thanks to our team's efforts, the radon levels in the home were successfully lowered to a safe level.

Nancy B. of Groton Massachusetts was experiencing high radon levels in their home. The radon levels were tested between 48-56 pCi/L. They have a partly finished basement and would like to have a radon mitigation system installed. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the basement. He created a design for a radon mitigation system in the basement that comes out underneath the side steps of the home. 

Crew Lead Josh Provost and his team came to the home and installed the radon mitigation system. Once the radon system was installed the radon levels were reduced dramatically.
