The homeowners use the basement for working out so they tested their home and the test came back with levels between 4-5 pCi/L. They called EFS for an inspection of their home and our Design Specialist created a design for a radon system to be installed into their home. Our team installed a radon mitigation system with two extraction points to lower the radon levels in the home.

Our Customer Care Team scheduled a visit, and after a thorough assessment, we installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to bring in fresh air and expel stale, damp air.
