Before, our Marblehead homeowner faced a crawl space clogged with mouse droppings and plagued by a persistent musty odor. After contacting us, we rapidly addressed these issues by installing our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to seal away moisture and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to freshen the air. Michael T. of Beverly, Massachusetts had a neighbor that recently got tested for radon. The radon in the neighbors home was high so the neighbor urged Michael to test his home as well. Michael called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see about a free inspection.

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese came to the home and inspected and left a radon test kit to test the levels of radon in the basement. Kenny came back and got the results from the radon test and found that the levels are around 45 pCi/L. Kenny Designed a custom radon system for the home.

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to Michael's home and installed the radon mitigation system. 

Mary G. of Beverly, Massachusetts was experiencing tripping hazards around her pool. Mary wanted a way to reduce the tripping hazard around her pool without ripping up the entire pool deck. Mary decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions to see about them coming out for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the pool deck to see what we could do to reduce the tripping hazard. Michael proposed that using Poly LEVEL would be a great fit. PolyLEVEL would lift up the sections of the pool deck that are causing the tripping hazards.

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and injected the PolyLEVEL under the Pool Deck and made sure the slabs were level.

A homeowner in Beverly, Massachusetts, had a perimeter drainage system but was still experiencing water coming through the floor of their basement floor. Our production team installed 47 ' of WaterGuard IOS through the middle of the slab in the basement. The WaterGuard IOS is integrated into the existing sump pump. 

A homeowner in Beverly, Massachusetts, had a company previously install a sump pump, IceGuard, and perimeter drainage into their home. The homeowner had found that the system seems to be clogged up but the company that installed the system is no longer in business. The homeowner reached out to EFS to see if they could clean out the system. Our design specialist recommended replacing the sump pump and IceGuard and then cleaning out the perimeter drainage.
