Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

The 2" of sunken concrete created dangerous tripping hazards, as well as a less appealing look. Looking for a permanent fix to this issue, she reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete leveling foam,  DecoShield concrete sealer, and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the sunken concrete to fill voids, instantly lifting and leveling it. Once completed, DecoShield is applied to the concrete to prevent pitting, flaking, and other moisture-related issues. NexusPro is then applied to the joints and cracks. This prevents water from getting underneath the concrete and causing further cracks and settling.

With the installation of these products, the pool area will remain safe and level, all while looking stylish.
