Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This homeowner in North Andover, Massachusetts noticed their concrete driveway and walkway have settled a couple of inches. The settlement had produced some cracks in the driveway and the homeowners are looking to repair the concrete. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac noted that there are some areas on the driveway and walkway that have sunk up to 4". Isaac recommended injecting PolyLevel under the concrete to lift and level the concrete. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team injected PolyLevel into the driveway and walkway and were able to lift the concrete. After the concrete was lifted, the team sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro. 

This apartment complex in North Andover, Massachusetts was experiencing sinking in the deck around the pool. The deck has sunk significantly and is now a tripping hazard for guests. A homeowner in Stoughton, Massachusetts, had built their home 26 years ago. Over the past couple of years, the homeowner has noticed a crack in their garage that has gotten larger over time. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro into their garage to lift the sunken section of the slab and then seal the cracks with NexusPro.

Our Design Specialist, Kenneth Calabrese, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete leveling and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills voids underneath the concrete, almost instantly lifting and leveling it. This permanent solution is much quicker and cost effective compared to mudjacking or replacing the concrete. After PolyLevel lifted the concrete, NexusPro was used to seal the joints between the concrete. NexusPro stops water from infultrating the soil underneath the concrete, preventing concrete cracks or becoming uneven. It is resistant to UV rays to prevent the sealant from cracking, foaming, or drying.

With the concrete level and stabilized, the tripping hazards were eliminated. Along with a much more attractive look, this property owner has peace of mind that the walkways will remain safe.
